1/99 - Present Xerox �Book in Time� - Supervisor-Digital Prepress Designed Prepress workflow procedures for print-on-demand book publishing process, now offered as a system solution. Tested, refined specific processes, documented and published training manuals for franchise sales, as well as training presentations for digital mastering staff. Mastered numerous publications for both print and Web display. Trained production personnel in printing techniques. Developed and implemented archival system. Assisted in development of Web based order entry system.

5/98 - 12/98 Hills Department Stores - Systems Supervisor-Digital Prepress Developed, and maintained a database driven, SKU based prepress workflow for image acquisition and usage. Trained photographers on the variables of digital prepress and systems maintenance. Provided image manipulation and enhancement alternatives, developed a variable printing cost analysis, also a full in-house digital prepress specification. Maintained and serviced systems and software for a digital photo studio producing up to 130 images daily.

3/97 - 5/98 MOD-TAP, North America - Graphic Artist/Webmaster One man graphics department, designing all company literature. Specified print jobs, interfaced with freelancers and vendors, maintained syllabus. Tracked purchase orders and expenditures for the graphics department. Internet duties included a total re-design of the Website, updating of corporate content, implemented an interactive chat channel of dedicated product users, creation of the site's limited graphics and daily site maintenance. Also defined corporate Internet standard.
